• International Consulting Firm
  Designed and developed an eLearning training solution that was innovative and "had never been done before." It was the first of it's kind in the organization and received some of the highest learner evaluations results in the history of the organization.
• Fast Food restaurant
  Designed and developed user manuals, training and eLearning support programs to teach restaurant managers and employees how to access and use a new point of sale system. This included meeting with subject matter experts, store manager and store employees to determine their learning needs. It also required the Designed for Learning team to become "experts" at using the system. All user manual materials were well received and aided in helping employees become familiar with the system faster and use it more effectively
• Small family owned storage company
  Assisted in designing and developing marketing materials to distribute to potential clients. Assisted in developing training materials and user manuals to assist clients and customers in understanding the capabilities of the storage system.
• National Software Company
  Designed and developed online user help files, printed user manual and all related training to assist clients in developing the technical skills required to utilize the litigation management software. This resulted in reduced calls to the "Help Desk" and increased customer satisfaction.
• International Oil Production Company
  Conducted 6-month long study and interviews with employees and upper management to create learning curriculums and learning paths for all levels and roles within the organization. The Designed for Learning team was also responsible for creating all related materials to "socialize" the learning plans to the organization. Also created online LMS tool to allow users to electronically access their plans, track learning and register for courses.
